New York’s Best Doctors

Every year, New York Magazine compiles its Best Doctors list based on a screening and peer-review format that is vetted by Castle Connolly, a New York City research and information firm. This firm carefully reviews every aspect of each nominee’s career, including education, training, board certifications, hospital appointments, and professional achievements, among many other factors. Doctors do not and cannot pay to be listed as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor.

The result is a list of doctors who are in the top 10 percent of the region’s physicians, and who exemplify the highest standards of professional achievement and patient care.
