Paula Busse, MD, received her medical degree from the University of Rochester. She completed her medical residency training in Internal Medicine and her post-doctorate training in Allergy and Immunology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Her clinical and research areas of interest are asthma in older patients and treatment of hereditary angioedema. Dr. Busse has received funding from the National Institutes of Health and several foundations for her research. She is active in the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, where she lectures at the national meetings.
